Potter Park Zoo

We took Kaeden on his first zoo adventure to Potter Park Zoo over the 4th of July weekend! Derek and Jenni went along with us. I think Kaeden’s favorite part of the trip was the petting zoo. The animals would come up to him and he would squeal with excitement. He could have really cared less about the rest of it but LOVED the ice cream! :)

4th of July Fun

We had an awesome 4th of July! Grand Pa and Phyllis came up from Florida and Tony, Julie, Kylie, Sam, Luke, and Tucker made the trip up from North Carolina. It was so great for all of them to meet Kaeden and to just hang out for the day!! I wish we could do it more often but it makes us appreciate the times we do get to see each other even more!! Swimming

Kaeden loves to swim in the Schrauben's pool! We have taken him over there a few times over the past few weeks to escape the heat of the summer. Comes in really handy since we don't have central air (or maybe thats just our excuse to go over there all the time :). Here are a few pics of his swimming adventures.

Brown/Knoop Camping Trip

Over Father's Day weekend we took our first camping trip with our new pop-up to Brower Park in Mecosta County. We went with our friends Matt, Teresa, and Alexis Knoop. It was so much fun and Kaeden loved it! He was such a good baby and had so much fun playing in the lake! We can't wait to take many more camping trips!
